The Agrawal Family Foundation was established in 2012 by the Agrawal family. The foundation was born from a simple idea: that those who have been fortunate have a responsibility to give back.
What began as a family conversation about legacy and purpose evolved into a structured philanthropic vehicle — a 501(c)(3) private foundation that could deploy resources strategically to create meaningful, lasting change.
Today, the foundation directs 100% of its expenditures to charitable causes, with all four directors serving without compensation.
